Flor is our go-to carpet for difficult/odd-sized areas and it is perfect for that situation. I'm not sure I'd use Flor for a place where a standard size rug would fit or in lieu of wall to wall carpet, but that's just me. Sidecar in Chalk/Silver (it won't let me change the color from Pine/Gold, but the color I bought is Chalk/Silver) is absolutely stunning. We needed a long, narrow rug for our kitchen/family room/breakfast nook as our 13 year old Mini-Schnauzer is having difficulty with the hardwood floor. We needed something wider than a standard size runner and nothing in a conventional size would work. Two Flor tiles is the perfect width for this area. The Chalk/Silver Sidecar pattern has oomph, but isn't a distraction. It has held up well in a moderately high traffic area, especially with three small dogs. And the nature of Flor made it easy to add a single tile to the end of the rug so that my oldest pup has a non-slip surface to stand on at his bowl.

Love the versatility with Flor to be able to create a custom size rug to fit our space. The Sidecar in Flint/gold looks as timeless and sophisticated as a little black dress while invoking the fun feeling of popping a bottle of champagne! I ordered too many tiles and Flor made the return process easy.
