I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but our experience has been extremely positive. We placed an 8'x10' rug in our living room, which is high traffic. We have a dog and a toddler. You can't even tell that they are tiles since the edges line up so well and we get so many compliments on the appearance. The rug is soft but not plush, which is what we want here (the dog will mistakenly pull any high pile when he chews his toys). The thick padding makes it comfortable for sitting. It seems like perhaps there were some quality control issues with the edges a couple years ago but we fortunately have not experienced this.

I really like the idea of modular rugs but unfortunately I don't feel the product is well designed. The tiles aren't all exactly the same size and it's very difficult to look seamless. It might be good for an area where you almost don't use but in our case it's in our family room. The tiles began coming apart and once that happens you need to add a new dot and so on. The adhesive is not very strong so if someone bumps into your furniture the tiles come apart. We have had it for only 1 year and are already looking for a replacement rug. We have 42 tiles total and they recommend 2 dots per tile so it's 35 bucks to get new dots every few months. I really feel they need to come up with a better way to hold the tiles together.

Purchased half cuts to fill out a runner in the hallway, the half cuts don't match or align with the full squares. Reached out to support about this a few times and never received a response. For the price of squares you'd expect decent quality and at the very least an email response to my question about the half cuts, but not the case so we will not buy your product again.

I recently purchased the Chasing Pavement tiles in Flint/Gold. I like the product, especially how it is easily cleaned. I would give five stars except that it looks unfinished. If there were the option to buy smaller tiles with some sort of bound edge, it would give the "rug" a more finished look.

The material on the edges seems to start fraying away pretty quickly, and I'm not sure how many of these sticky patches are required per square but we're using this as a runner and it seems to move around, especially in high traffic areas.

I love my Chasing Pavement. I created at close to 9x12 living room rug. It replaced a very expensive wool rug that did not hold up at all. Everyone, including my architect son, loves it. I bought Flor because I have a dog and grandchildren. I love the fact that if spills occur, I can remove the tile, wash it in the sink, let it dry and put it back down. I spilled wine on the Flor in our bedroom upstairs and it cleaned right up. My husband spilled coffee on theFlor I had just installed in his office -- washed, dried and back down! I love that it is MA in the USA!!!

Have Flor rugs throughout my house, love them. They look fantastic are from recycled material and so easy to clean up even with pets.
