FLOR Shipping Policy & Rates

We know you're going to love your FLOR rug and can't wait for you to get it into your home! Your FLOR rug will arrive in oversized pizza-box boxes up to 150 tiles. In-stock orders generally ship within 2 business days and arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Orders of 150+ tiles may require up to 8 weeks to ship. For inventory availability or shipping quotes, please call Customer Service at 866.952.4093. For Canadian orders, all custom brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will apply. FLOR does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

SHIPPING RATES

• 6" square samples ship free within the Continental U.S.
• 6" square samples ship for $5 per sample outside the Continental U.S. and Canada.
• Each full size tile ships for $2.50
• UPS Second Day Air – Each full size tile ships for $2.50 + 18% of order total*
• UPS Next Day Air – Each full size tile ships for $2.50 + 32% of order total*
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Commercial and Contract orders may be subject to different pricing.

Important Shipping Details & Options

IT'S FAST

In-stock orders generally ship within 2 business days and arrive in 5 to 7 business days (depending on your U.S. location; or, 7 to 10 business days for Canada). FLOR samples and FLORdots™ are shipped UPS only.

IT'S CONVENIENT

FLOR orders ship in manageably-sized boxes that measure 20” x 20” (51 cm x 51 cm) – think pizza delivery boxes. Each box contains up to 12 FLOR carpet tiles and can weigh up to 30 pounds.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping within the U.S. (UPS Second Day and Next Day Air) is available Monday through Friday and requires a signature upon delivery. Orders must be placed before 2:00pm EST to ensure same day shipment. Orders received after 2:00pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders containing cuts require 1 additional business day for processing. If an item on your order is backordered the order will not ship until the product is back in stock. No Saturday expedited deliveries are available.

LARGE ORDERS

Please note that orders of 300 FLOR tiles or more are subject to additional shipping charges and different shipping methods (e.g. commercial freight shipping), which helps ensure your order arrives in one shipment.
